Three rules for acquiring knowledge

After eating and drinking between 8pm and 9pm, after 30-45 minutes lie down on the left side for two and a half hours, then turn to the right side and lie down for two and a half hours. Then sit up and wash your hands and face. If you do this rule regularly, you will get unexpected results.
