In order to protect one’s business and home from the evil eye, one has to hook iron made horseshoes by any day. The material should then be washed with Ganga water. If the place of business and home is on the east side, then on Sunday one has to hook the horseshoe and if it is on the west side, then one has to hook the same on Friday. It must be remembered that the open part of the horseshoe should face towards the bottom.
